Overview

We are looking for a Bilingual Call Center Representative/Administrator to join our corporate office team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to work on a supportive and collaborative team. You will support daily office and service operations by handling customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, coordinating with managers and technicians, processing documentation, and managing internal communications. This position focuses on residential service processing and does not involve cold calling or sales.


Responsibilities

  • Answer and route incoming customer calls in a friendly, professional manner
  • Schedule, update, and confirm appointments with customers and service technicians
  • Communicate effectively with managers, technicians, and internal departments to support workflow
  • Process purchase orders and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate
  • Manage email communications and respond promptly to inquiries
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized electronic records
  • Assist in preparing reports, forms, and internal correspondence
  • Maintain both electronic and physical filing systems
  • Monitor office supply levels and coordinate replenishment as needed
  • Provide general administrative support to leadership and team members
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and ensure accuracy in all administrative tasks

Qualifications

  • Bilingual proficiency (e.g., English/Spanish or English/French)
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Comfortable working with scheduling systems, email platforms, and data entry tools
  • Previous administrative or call center experience is a plus
